With 5 weeks remaining until the due date for Session 2019A applications, we would like to inform applicants of some changes made to the process this session.
Fillable PDF Application
The new application form in PDF format no longer requires applicants to print out the form and enter information manually. The application form may now be downloaded, filled electronically and saved with your entered information for submission. Alternatively, you may continue to print the application form for manual entry and scan your completed form for submission by email (preferred) or regular mail. Please do not require a signature for delivery.
Simplified Process
You may already be aware that the Scanlan Foundation no longer requires a letter of bishop approval with each application. We have further simplified the process and no longer require applicants to list requests made to other organizations.
Supplemental Information
The Scanlan Foundation now requires supplemental information for high schools and campus ministries as well as organizations not listed in the Catholic Directory. In addition to a letter of request and the most recent financial report, high schools and campus ministries must complete the included questionnaire. Organizations not listed in the Catholic Directory must submit a copy of their current by-laws.
